Sorry for the inconvenience, I’ll be migrating my whole email repository tonight, since I have been too tired of Celeonet’s incidents (here, here, here et here) … Since a week I do not receive any emails in any of my mailboxes (* at{kerouanton.net|infraspec.*}, representing around 300 emails and aliases), which is unconceiveable. Celeonet tech support just says everything is fine from their point of view…It is not the first time they say that, and I just can not accept this. Since I and my family have lost about one full week of emails, I will migrate now, hoping the new hoster won’t be worse. Normally it shouldn’t change anything for you… Just don’t send me anything until tomorrow morning !

Désolé pour le dérangement, je migre la totalité de ma messagerie dès ce soir, j’en ai ras-le-bol des incidents concernant mes emails chez Celeonet (ici, ici, ici et ici)… Depuis une semaine je ne reçois plus aucun email sur l’ensemble des domaines et boîtes aux lettres… Celeonet dit pour sa part que tout va presque bien. Ce n’est pas la première fois et je ne peux me permettre d’accepter cela, je migre donc ailleurs en espérant que cela ne sera pas pire. Cela ne devrait rien changer pour vous ! Attendez juste demain matin si vous voulez m’envoyer des messages

Le titre est peut-être trompeur… MISC, la seule revue française qui traite les aspects sécurité des systèmes d’information avec le sérieux et le recul nécessaire, a toujours été d’un niveau excellent. La couverture du 33ème numéro de ce bimestriel m’a interpellé car elle mentionnait en gros titres des aspects qui me tiennent à coeur : les problèmes de RFID, et la guerre de l’information. Bref, tout ce qui m’a intéressé depuis déjà longtemps.

Hi, a small note to tell you that I’m currently experiencing some problems to send emails. Although I can receive and read them, the SMTP seems a bit broken. My provider has planned a data migration from a server to another to solve my issue. So I apologize if I am slow to answer you, I will do so as soon as I can.

Hier soir, j’aurais du me rendre sur Rennes à l’occasion des cinq ans du Mastère SSI co-délivré par l’ENST-Bretagne et Supélec. Les anciens s’y retrouvaient pour féter cet évènement.

J’ai tenté une petite expérience, en me rendand virtuellement sur place, à l’aide d’un webcast. Comme c’est mon premier essai je suis certain que j’aurai pu mieux faire, mais au moins j’ai acquis quelques notions… Voici donc la recette et les outils qui m’ont servi.

Well, I have an issue since a week or more… As some readers already know, since several years my home servers are running on embedded devices (Linksys Nslu2), and I am a frequent visitor of the www.nslu2-linux.org for firmware updates or to access its wiki.

It’s always frustrating when you just upgraded a device with the latest firmware and noticed that the eeprom has got a bad configuration that needs a factory reset, that you have to telnet into redboot and that you forgot the exact procedure.

It is even more frustrating when you notice that the wiki isn’t reachable from time to time… but only if the connection originates from Switzerland…
